When you requests a quote for a private door-to-door transfer or shuttle transport through our website, we will send to you a proforma invoice by email with the price of the requested Service.

If the offered price suits you, you can make the payment via bank transfer or arrange payment in cash.

In case of cash payment, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required. The balance up to the full amount must be paid to the driver before starting to use the private door-to-door transfer service.

To secure your booking, you have make an advance payment using any of the above-mentioned payment methods.

The price you will get in the quote is per vehicle, not per number of people.

Once we receive your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation via email, which will serve as your proof of payment. Please keep this confirmation for your records and present it if required during your journey.

Shuttle Croatia Transfer shall not in any way get access to and process the payment information of the Users (credit cards details, bank account details etc.) at the transfer booking or use of the Service as passenger by the Users.
